Learn what Marvel has in store in the Cup O’ Joe panel.

The Cup o’ Joe was moderated by Joe Quesada (CEO of Marvel) and included Arune Singh (Director of Communications), Dan Buckley (Publisher), Axel Alonso (Editor in Chief), Jeph Loeb (Head of Marvel TV), Tom Brevoort (Executive Editor), C.B. Cebulski, Jason Aaron, Matt Fraction and Dan Slott.

Quesada talked about the first colloboration between Marvel and Disney. Prep and Landing is a Disney cartoon that is about elves that prepared houses for Santa Claus. Prep And Landing: Mansion Impossible is an 8 page story that has the elves trying to prepare Avengers Mansion for Santa Claus. Kevin Meters and Joe Mateo will be working on the story. It will appear in 3 Marvel titles including Avengers #19.

Images of the covers to Fantastic Four #600 were shown. FF will continue alongside Fantastic Four.

Avengers Assemble is a new title coming in March. It’ll be written by Bendis with specific missions for the “best of” the Avengers. Mark Bagley will be doing the art on the series. It’ll feature the return of Zodiac.

Sabretooth returns. Jeph Loeb and Simone Bianchi will continue the story they started four years ago. The story was told but isn’t the whole story. This will be the rest of the story. Loeb said to go back to the last issue of the Evolution storyline, Wolverine #55, and that the clues for Sabretooth’s return will be there.

The “It’s Coming” teaser was shown. The next image was a flaming Phoenix image with the tag “It’s Coming”. The names Fraction/Hickman/Kubert/Romita Jr. were on the image.

Point One is out in November and the guide map to the 2012 MU. It features the return of Nova and Scarlet Spider.

The Q&A opened up with a fan asking about the Noir family of titles. The panel said that there are no plans for more Noir style titles.

Mockingbird and Ms. Marvel will return in future Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and that more females will be joining the team.

They are talking to Stephen King about doing more comics once the current ones are done.

When a fan asked about the lack of a sorceror surpreme, Matt Fraction said to check out Defenders.

The panel said that Marvel will be doing something with Marvelman in the next 12 months.

The last big announcement was that Dexter’s Jeff Lindsey will be writing a Dexter comic for Marvel. This will be new stories and not adaptions.
