At the Marvel Movies panel names of the Captain America and Thor sequels were revealed and two rumored movies were confirmed.

That’s right, the long rumored Ant-Man, by director Edgar Wright, was confirmed and some test footage was shown.

Guardians Of The Galaxy was also confirmed with some concept art shown. The movie will be released Aug 1, 2014.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier opens April 4, 2014 and is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.

Thor: The Dark World is due out Nov. 8, 2013 and directed by Alan Taylor.

A clip from Iron Man 3 was shown. In it Tony is controlling the armor with his mind and assembling it around him. It was confirmed that Ben Kingsley will be playing the Mandarin, Rebecca Hall will be playing Maya Hansen. It was also stated that it was War Machine in the Iron Patriot photos that were leaked months ago.

    • I’m excited about Captain America 2 because it was set up well in the first movie with the Bucky character disappearing off the train. Iron Man 3 is exciting because I love Downey Jr. as Tony Stark in general and should be a good mix of humor and action. Thor and Guardians I’ll check out just because they’re related. The first Thor was decent but not the strongest film in the Avengers line up. I can’t picture Guardians as a pop corn crowd movie.
