More Marvel Now! Teams Revealed

The teasers have been coming fast and furiously the last couple of days revealing more new creative teams and the possible books they’ll be on.

Joining the announced new teams for Thor (Jason Aaron and Esad Ribic) and Iron Man (Kieron Gillen and Greg Land) are:

Captain America: Rick Remender and John Romita Jr. (not sure why anyone would suspect this being Winter Soldier as Brubaker confirmed awhile ago he was remaining on that title)
Fantastic Four: Matt Fraction and Mark Bagley
FF: Matt Fraction and Mike Allred (no graphic but confirmed by USA Today)
Hulk: Mark Waid and Leinil Francis Yu
Deadpool: Brian Posehn/Gerry Duggan and Tony Moore
Legacy: Simon Spurrier and Tan Eng Huat

Legacy is the only one unconfirmed as of now. Thinking is that it’s a relaunch of X-Men Legacy but that’s unclear.

I’m a little disappointed in the Captain America team. I think Remender is decent, but think he’s got too many other books going on at Marvel. And I do not want Romita Jr’s work anywhere near Captain America. He’s Cap in the pages of Avengers and AvX was HORRIBLE. I’m not happy about that one at all. Disappointed that Cullen Bunn didn’t get the chance at Cap.

Never been a big Mike Allred fan but I’ll give it a try on FF but not happy with Bagley on Fantastic Four. His work hasn’t been that good for the last year or so worth of projects.

Surprised at the names for Deadpool and Legacy (whatever that is). Not the big names would have expected from this initiative.
