Comics creators Fábio Moon (Daytripper, B.P.R.D.: Vampire) and Gabriel Bá (The Umbrella Academy: Apocalypse Suite, Casanova: Luxuria) publicly express solidarity with—and intent to participate in—ongoing protests in Brazil.

In the wake of the widespread and violent protests occurring throughout Brazil spurred by transportation price hikes, the rising public cost of staging the 2014 World Cup, and allegations of the use of excessive force by riot police to quell public assemblies, siblings Fábio Moon and Gabriel Bá jointly voiced their solidarity with the protest movement on their blog with two comic strips. Both comics creators expressed support for the protests and their intent to attend demonstrations whilst also exhorting protesters to avoid the use of violence. (h/t to Bleeding Cool)
